Digital shouldn't feel this hard.
I'm Tommy, and Paper Plane is my one-man digital agency. I help businesses with websites that make sense, software that's easy to use, and AI that actually does something useful for you.

Sound familiar?
Most digital problems aren't technology problems. They're clarity problems. Here's where it usually goes wrong:
Your website speaks nonsense
Visitors land, read, and still don't get what you do. If your customer can't figure out where to click in 3 seconds, they click away.
Your software is confusing
Every page looks different, users get lost, and the support questions keep coming. Not because it's broken — because it's inconsistent.
Everyone talks about AI. Nobody explains it.
You know there's opportunity in there somewhere. But between the hype and the jargon, where do you even start?
How I can help.
Whatever the problem, the approach is the same: understand your customer first, then build the thing that helps them.

The flight plan.

01. Discover
It starts with a discovery call. What's working today, what isn't, and where are the bottlenecks? No pitch — just an honest look at where you stand.

02. Fold
Together we fold the solution. You look over my shoulder, give feedback, and we shape it until it clicks.

03. Launch
If we're both excited, we give it everything: build, test, and send it flying. I'll show you how to make changes yourself afterwards.

A bit about me.
"But… what does a UX designer actually do?" Most people think design is about picking nice colours and pretty photos. I design based on psychology and research. A web designer asks: "Do you like this blue?" A UX designer asks: "Does your customer know where to click within 3 seconds?" By day I design software for a large company. Paper Plane is where that experience meets your business — with the speed and personal attention only a one-man agency can give.

Frequently asked questions
You probably have questions! Here are a few I hear a lot. Missing one? Just ask.
Paper Plane is just me — that's the point. You talk directly to the person doing the work. For complex code I team up with developers I trust blindly.
Honest answer: it depends on what we're building. That's why everything starts with a free discovery call — you'll know exactly what to expect before anything begins. No surprises.
Absolutely. I hand everything over so you or your marketing person can easily change text and photos. No expensive service contract.

Book a free discovery call. We'll dig into your problems and bottlenecks — and if we're both excited afterwards, we take it from there. Not the right fit? I'll tell you honestly.
